I'm a UI/UX Designer currently living in Quezon City in Metro Manila, Philippines.
During my time at Webuff as a multimedia designer, I discovered my passion for user experience – or should I say, UX discovered me? To contribute to our growing community, I became a part-time design instructor and taught UI/UX design essentials to career-shifters.
Previously employed at Webuff and CIIT, I now work at Yondu, Inc., where I am currently deployed with 917Ventures. In my role, I am responsible for designing their product ventures, collaborating closely with Scrum teams during Sprints, and gathering feedback through design checkpoints.
I graduated from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts in 2016. Though not a lot, I did manage to make the dean's list twice!
From November 2021 to May 2022, I facilitated two UI/UX Design Essentials certification classes at CIIT College of Arts and Technology, where I helped aspiring designers and career-shifters become proficient in UX design. Today, some of them are successfully employed in the industry.
I'm passionate about user-centered technology in emerging markets, such as my country. I enjoy learning more about no-code and AI, and I'm interested in how designers can maximize these tech stacks to provide value that can improve the welfare of the country.
As a proud geek residing at Yondu, I manage a workplace club called Yondu Geeks. I established this club for Yondudes who want to express their geeky side. Since its inception, we've had a successful trivia game night and two movie screenings in theaters.

I am fascinated by complex challenges that require product and systems thinking. I enjoy collaborating with others to provide clarity to design problems.
Individual contributor influence
High-fidelity tester
I am able to function as a QA tester, conducting fidelity testing for Globe's Kinetic design system. I have experience in writing test scripts and testing components on both web and iOS devices.
Taught design essentials
As a part-time instructor for career shifters, I assisted them in building a solid foundation in UI/UX essentials in just 10 weeks. I delivered lectures and conducted activities covering UCD, UX Research, Usability Methods, Visual Design, and Prototyping.
Community building & mentoring
Mentored my students who are pursuing their first UX role — provided advice, established their online presence, and helped them compose their case studies and prepare their portfolios.
